Updates to Terms and Conditions for In-stream live odds (BETA feature)

We are updating the Terms and Conditions which apply to your NFL Game Pass subscription. We are making these updates to accommodate a new aspect of the subscription product in some markets and to ensure that our terms remain transparent for you.

These updates, which are copied below, will take effect on January 15, 2022. If you continue to use our products or services on or after January 15, 2022, you are agreeing to the updated Terms and Conditions.

We have added a new section 13 that relates to a new in-stream live odds feature which you may now see within the subscription product (see more information below). The additional terms we have added are as follows:

13. THIRD PARTY DATA AND SERVICES

13.1 Our subscription products may allow you to view and browse betting events, promotions, odds, and/or other data (together “Third Party Data and Services”) provided by selected third party gambling operators (“Third Party Operators”).

13.2 All Third Party Data and Services will be subject to the terms, conditions, and individual staking requirements of the applicable Third Party Operators – you should read and understand these terms, conditions, and requirements before placing any bets or taking any other decisions or actions based on or relating to any Third Party Data and Services.

13.3 You acknowledge and agree that we are not acting on behalf of any Third Party Operators but are simply making available to you our subscription products, via which you may view and browse the Third Party Data and Services. You further acknowledge and agree that we do not provide, are not liable for, and do not fulfil or provide any customer support functions in relation to any Third Party Data and Services, and you access any such Third Party Data and Services at your own risk.

In some markets, eligible users aged 18 years old or above can browse live odds by clicking on the “LIVE ODDS” menu on the desktop video player. Live odds are provided by local sportsbooks and eligible users have the ability to click on the sportsbook logo to access their third party website and place a bet after login or registration with the third party sportsbook. The live odds BETA feature is only available on desktop web. Live odds may be unavailable periodically during games - odds automatically refresh when they become available.
