After the 2017-18 season, NFL Game Pass Europe conducted a major fan survey with the aim of improving the overall fan experience. Part of this review focused on our approach to customer service and how we best resolve queries quickly and efficiently. As such, this season we invested in a new customer service system which was fully integrated with NFL Game Pass Europe, including an improved, intuitive and searchable FAQ section. With almost 100 FAQ articles, these cover a wide range of relevant topics that are regularly checked and updated as a pro-active resource for fans. In addition, we continue to upgrade our on-line support desk, allowing the customer service team to help troubleshoot where needed, all at improved speeds over past seasons.
As part of this commitment, we have decided to move away from the use of Twitter as a customer service channel. This will take effect 10 October, 2018. We believe that our integrated customer service system provides fans with the best and most consistent level of Customer Service support. This stems from our desire to ensure every fan gets the most from their NFL Game Pass subscription. We want to ensure you’re watching all the NFL excitement you can handle, but when needed, our customer service help desk will be there to get you back to action as quickly as possible.
