I want to change the email address for my account

You can change the email address for your Game Pass account by following these steps:

By web (or device browser):

• Visit the NFL Game Pass home page and Sign In
• Click on the Account Icon at the top right of the page to drop down the window and click on MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT
• Click on MODIFY
• You will be redirected to NFL.com where you may need to sign in again (If you have problems signing in to NFL.com, please completely shut down your browser and retry the process)
• Click on COMPLETE PROFILE
• Type in your new email address and click SAVE
• Please now contact NFL Game Pass customer services using this form HERE to inform us of your new email address

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your NFL.com account or you've followed all the steps above with no luck, you'll need to contact the NFL's contact customer services HERE.
