If the credit card on your account expires and/or you would like to use a different credit card for your NFL Game Pass subscription, you can do so by following these steps:
By web (or device browser):
- Visit the NFL Game Pass home page and Sign In
- Click on the Account Icon at the top right of the page to drop down the window and click on MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT
- Click on UPDATE under the billing section
- Using the dropdown window, update your details and click Confirm you order
It's not possible to change your billing details using the NFL Game Pass International App.
Sometimes when you use a card for the first time, your payment provider may contact your payment card's issuing bank to confirm that your card number is valid and hasn't been reported as lost or stolen. This is communicated via a local charge, for example; £1.00/€1.00/$1.00 authorisation. However, any charge, such as £1.00/€1.00/$1.00 won't appear as a charge on your statement. The authorisation will normally lapse within 10 business days.
