If you've requested a new password but haven't received the email, here are a few things to check:
- Check your spam/junk folder for the email - if you have a spam filter enabled on your email account, then the email with your new password may have been marked as spam or junk.
- Check your spelling - if there was a typo in your email address when you made your request you won't receive an email.
- Remove NFL.firstname.lastname@example.org from blocked lists, add it to safe senders/mailing lists
- Add a contact for NFL.email@example.com
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your NFL.com account or you've followed all the steps above with no luck, you'll need to go to the NFL's contact customer services HERE.
